The Big House
The property and location is truly unique. Over and over, our
guests tell us what a beautiful and special place it is and how
much they enjoyed staying there. Here's an example from
guests who staying in our home for two weeks in June,

was to be at this gorgeous home in a setting which is almost certain to
be unequalled by any other place in which we stay for the rest of our
lives. It truly was an honor to be there and we will remember this

The Big House is surrounded by water: Massachusetts Bay,
sunrises and Minot's lighthouse on one side and the inlet for
Cohasset's Little Harbor and sunsets on the other.
Walk down a short path from the house and arrive on over
an acre of private beach ready for swimming, boating, or
just relaxing.
May 2007 guests: The property is absolutely amazing; the
environment is amazing. It is set right on the ocean. Going to sleep
listening to the waves was surreal. The house was absolutely huge and
provided more than enough space for our group of 12. The front lawn is a
good size, as we had an intense wiffle ball tournament. The Tower Room
is a great hang out room at night. It offers amazing views of the ocean. I
can't stress enough how awesome our experience was. If you have the
opportunity to get a reservation here, take it. You will not be sorry. My
only regret was not renting it for a longer period of time.
